What is the student to teacher ratio?The
preschool
strives to maintain a 6:1 or lower student to adult ratio: 6:1 for Pre-K classes,
5:1 for 3 year old classes, and 4:1 for 2 year old classes,
with a teacher and a full-time assistant teacher as numbers will
allow.
How do you handle child allergies?Our preschool is a
peanut free facility. Food allergies will be addressed with each individual class. All snacks are kept in the original packaging.
Do you offer any tuition discounts?The
preschool offers a 10% discount if tuition is paid in full on or before
the first day of class. We also offer a 10% discount for a second
sibling.
Do you offer a payment plan for tuition?Yes, we offer an installment plan with partial payments due in September, November and February.
Are snacks provided?Snacks
are provided on a rotational basis by each child in the classroom. A
monthly schedule will be included with the calendar on the back of each
newsletter.
What type of snacks should I bring?Simple healthy snacks are encouraged. Snack
examples are: graham crackers, carrots, fruit, pretzels, goldfish, etc.
Do the classes go on field trips?Our
preschool classes will take several field trips throughout the year.
Transportation is provided by the church mini bus with additional
parent drivers as needed. Cost of any field trips is shared with the
preschool occasionally resulting in a small fee. The two year old
preschool classes will not participate in any field trips throughout
the school year.
How is information communicated to the parents?

Which School Districts are serviced by your program?Our preschool is centrally located between four different school districts. We are located in the Lampeter-Strasburg school district. A majority of our students are from the Lampeter-Strasburg district, but we also have students from Solanco School District, Penn Manor School District and the School District of Lancaster.
When does registration open?Registration opens January 6th for children of current or former Preschool families and members of WSUCC.
Registration for new families opens on January 20th.
